Delivery Policy

DOMESTIC POSTAGE & PACKAGING

Our packages are sent via Royal Mail normally for £4.50.   All packages will be dispatched in a timely manner.  Please allow 3-5 days for processing and delivery.  
A signature will be required upon delivery. 


INTERNATIONAL POSTAGE & PACKAGING

All international packages will be sent via Royal Mail services. 

For European destinations standard postage will normally be £5.99. 
 
For non-European international orders (including Canada, USA, Australia) standard postage will normally be £7.99. 
A signature may be required upon delivery. 
Packages will be dispatched with printed CN22 forms (if required) detailing the relevant information to allow for timely clearing of the recipient's relative customs agencies. 
Please allow a suitable amount of time dependant on your location for your order to arrive.   For Europe we aim for you to receive your order between 5-9 working days.   For other international destinations, such as the USA, Canada and Australia we estimate up to 3 working weeks (Depending on the time of year) but this can often be faster.  
 

Orders placed outside of the United Kingdom may be liable for duties or other charges dependant on the policies and legislation of the recipients jurisdiction - These charges may be levied when reaching the destination country.  The recipient is responsible for any import duty, custom charges, taxes, postal charges, postal exceptions, broker fees, or any other subsequent charges that may be levied when importing our products into a destination country or locality.    

Please be aware that in some countries a non-sterling transaction fee may be levied when purchasing this item.  Please check with your bank or credit card company if unsure before completing your order.


TRACKING

A tracking number may be provided as part of your order confirmation if applicable.   If issued, please visit www.royalmail.com and search for "Tracking" to be directed to the appropriate page to enter your tracking number and track your order.  

ORDER PROCESSING

All our products are packaged securely and safely with clear labelling and customs provisions (if applicable).   All purchases will be processed and posted in a timely manner upon confirmation of a customers order: Monday to Friday, 9am till 5pm (excluding public holidays). 
When completing an order please ensure that all customer details are correct before checkout as they cannot be changed once an order has been processed.
Email confirmations will be sent upon completion and payment of an order.


ORDER/DELIVERY ISSUES

If you are not in when the postal courier attempts delivery they will attempt delivery again on another working day.
If you have not received your order in the estimated delivery period please contact our customer services department. 
Prycize Ltd is not responsible for packages that are missing, lost, stolen or damaged once they have reached their recipients delivery destination.
Unfortunately, we cannot be held responsible for customer ordering errors such as a providing an incorrect address, invalid address, incorrect ordering of items.    
We are not responsible for any packages destroyed, delayed, lost, returned or held in accordance with the recipient’s countries import policies and legislation as such matters are beyond our control.  This includes, but is not limited to, any packages that are held at a destination post office, failed delivery attempts or failure to pay duties and customs charges.  If you are unclear about any potential charges that may be levied please contact your local customs agency.
 
EXCLUDED LOCATIONS

Unfortunately, we do not deliver to PO Box addresses.
