If you change your mind about your purchase within fourteen days from the date of receipt please return items unopened, sealed and in undamaged original condition to the return address provided with your order.
Once received and processed, we will provide an exchange or refund excluding the cost of postage.
We recommend any items that are returned, are sent via a recorded delivery service as we cannot accept liability for returned items that we do not receive. Unfortunately, we do not provide free postal/shipping returns. The customer will be liable for the cost of postage/shipping the products back to us.
To arrange a return, or for our return address contact us including the order number and name and we'll get back in touch to arrange the details. Alternatively, if you'd prefer to email us, please use the email address provided in your order confirmation detailing the order number and customer name.
We can only refund to the original purchaser of our products. If your Prycize® product is a gift please ask the original purchaser to get in touch with us, providing the relevant details.
Once a return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify that we have received the returned item. We will also send notification of the approval or rejection of the refund.
If the refund is approved, then it will be processed within three working days, and a credit will automatically be applied to the credit card or original method of payment. The original payment provider, card issuer or bank controls how long a refund takes to be processed.
We only replace items if they are defective or faulty.
The customer will be responsible for all costs for returning an unwanted item. Postage costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of initial shipping will be deducted from your refund.
All our products are quality controlled and inspected at each stage of the manufacturing process. Should there be any faults with the product, in the first instance please contact us using the contact email address provided within your order confirmations. Alternatively, use our contact form to message us including your order number and details of the issue and we'll get back in touch. Once your return is received, inspected and if found to be faulty you will be given a full refund including your original delivery charges.
General wear and tear from use is not covered by our refund policy.
These policies do not affect your UK statutory rights.
